Symphony Marketing Request System
The Symphony Marketing Request System is a project management system for a growing portfolio of retirement homes. Developed for frontline marketing staff, the system captures required information, files and directs projects to assigned resources and notifies stakeholders of status. As a centralized system, project details can be accessed by other office staff in the event of vacations and absences. Also included are links to online print collateral and incentive items suppliers for a complete marketing resource. Implemented on Symphony servers, no additional fees for licensing are required, and is fully scalable for portfolio expansion.
